What we liked
- + Listing states the blend ratio outright: 60 percent soy and 40 percent food grade paraffin, pre-mixed and ready to use
- + Highest stated fragrance load in this guide at 12 to 15 percent, useful for strongly scented melts
- + Seller gives a full temperature sequence: melt to 195°F, add fragrance at 180°F, pour at around 140°F
Trade-offs
- - Described in the title as the seller's own version of a brand-name wax, so it is not the original product
- - Contains 40 percent paraffin, so it does not suit makers who label their melts as all-soy
